You've probably heard of the Mall of America. The biggest mall in the US? Yeah, that one. It's in Minneapolis, a convenient 5 miles from the airport. It's HUGE. Unbelievably huge. A mindblowing large number of stores. And yes, it does have an amusement park in it.
The amusement park is called Camp Snoopy, and, you guessed it, is themed entirely around the Peanuts characters. In fact, a huge blow-up snoopy greets you as you arrive.

The word spectacle doesn't even begin to describe the scene in the center of the mall. Rides everywhere, and tons of people milling about. There's two roller coasters, a flume ride, a Ferris wheel. You can see the bigger roller coaster in the middle, and the flume ride is off to the left of the picture. In this picture taken from the top of the Ferris wheel, you can almost get a sense of the size of the place.

And, look, there's even a Kite eating tree! Wahoo!

In the center of the park is a weird water game, with little figures of Peanuts characters "running the rapids". Here are Snoopy and Woodstock having a grand old time.

The twisted part was that the point of the game looked to be shooting the different characters with water pistols to make them move in a race. It was odd.
And if "Camp Snoopy" isn't enough for you, there's also a LegoLand!
